FACEYOGA

Based on the technique of resistance training, the Faceyoga workouts in the GYM are designed to help you increase strength, tone and bring back volume to parts of your face which is loosing its shape, while stretching tense muscles which are causing facial pain and wrinkles. Bringing back your face to a harmonious look, full of vitality and radiance.

GUA SHA

In the GYM you will also find DIY Gua Sha facials. These videos are guided Gua Sha practices that will help you improve skin texture, promote healthy lymphatic flow, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. This is a great addition to your Faceyoga practice.

MASSAGE

As a vital addition to face resistance training exercises, you will find various face massage videos in the GYM. Face massage will help you balance your facial muscles, work with adhesions in the deep fascia, promote relaxation and wellbeing, and bring your face back to vibrancy.
